Chris Halsey-Brandt

Chris Halsey-Brandt has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 2006. In addition, Chris obtained his CBV designation in 2009 from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
Chris joined Blair Mackay Mynett in 2007. Since that time he has been involved in the valuation of private and public companies from a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, education, energy, construction and forestry. In addition, Chris has prepared various valuations for financial reporting purposes such as purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing.
Immediately before joining Blair Mackay Mynett Valuations Inc., Chris spent one year as the Controller for Grosso Group Management Ltd., where he was responsible for the preparation of financial statements, tax filings and financial controls assessments for five public mineral exploration companies.
Prior to his time at the Grosso Group, Chris was employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for three years, working in the Tax and Audit & Assurance Groups.
