Sunny Sanghera
CPA, CA, CBV

Sunny Sanghera is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.

Since joining Blair Mackay Mynett Valuations Inc. (“BMM”) in January 2021, Sunny has specialized in business valuations and has prepared reports in the context of Family Law matters, shareholder disputes, corporate reorganizations, divestitures and estate planning. Some of the industries involved in those valuation assignments have included construction, manufacturing, professional services (accounting, consulting, etc.), real estate, retail, software and wholesale distribution.

Sunny has also been involved in litigation support services to prepare expert reports to determine the income available for child and spousal support purposes and quantification of income or economic loss claims.

Prior to joining BMM, Sunny worked at a boutique business valuations and litigation support services firm in Ontario where he also specialized in valuation and litigation support services. During this time, he prepared business valuation reports in the context of Family Law matters, corporate reorganizations and estate planning. He was also involved in various litigation support services, including the quantification of economic loss claims and the determination of income available for child and spousal support purposes. Some of the industries involved in those assignments included software development, funeral home, real estate, landscaping and landscape design, financial services and window and door frame installation.

Prior to the business valuations and litigation support services firm, Sunny co-founded and operated a public accounting practice in the Greater Toronto Area providing assurance, taxation, accounting and advisory services to individuals and small-to-medium sized businesses. He has also worked for an Ontario based regional public accounting firm servicing small-to-medium sized businesses across various industries. From 2008 to 2012, Sunny worked at Deloitte's Toronto office in their Audit and Assurance Group auditing public and private entities.
